Who We Are

Called to the bar in 1987, Jay Humphrey's experience is well-suited to assisting business owners. After several years with the Federal Department of Justice acting on behalf of the Canada Revenue Agency, Jay spent a number of years in the tax group of a Big Four accounting firm.

Since 2000, Jay has practiced Corporate and Tax Law, opening his own firm in 2007.

Whether we are advising business owners on ongoing business issues or how to plan an exit strategy, we work closely with a client's accountants, insurance/investment advisors and business brokers to maximize after tax returns to the owner.
